Primary Window Films supplies architectural window film rolls for professional installers, contractors, commercial projects, and residential customers throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Our product range includes solar control, privacy, safety, security, and specialty films. Full-roll purchases and bulk order inquiries are welcome.
- Please note: this policy does not limit any rights you may have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
- Changed your mind? You can return an unopened roll in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Return transport is at your cost — we will arrange a pickup time with you.
- Wrong item or damaged on arrival? Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery (a photo helps) so we can resolve it quickly. We will replace it or refund you in full, with no restocking fee, and we will arrange the return with you.
- Opened, cut, or installed film cannot be returned, except for genuine manufacturing defects: if you open a roll and find a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will reimburse you for the defective portion of the roll (calculated from the affected square footage, based on the photos provided), or replace the defective section where practical — the opened-box rule does not apply to genuine manufacturing defects.
- Refunds and reimbursements are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Questions before ordering? Call (647) 526-0837 and we will help you pick the right film.
