Due to the nature of window film products, all sales are subject to the following return and refund conditions:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of pickup only
   
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
   
• Film rolls that have been opened, cut, unwrapped, or altered in any way are non-returnable
   
• Rolls with damaged packaging, crushed cores, creases, or contamination are not eligible for return
   

Inspection at Pickup

• Customers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of pickup
   
• By accepting the product, the customer confirms it is in satisfactory condition
   

Refunds

• Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
   
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection
   
• Shipping, handling, and pickup-related costs are non-refundable
   

Final Sale Items

• Opened film rolls, cut film, custom orders, and discounted items are final sale
